Last Week's Rumours On The Money
Last week, Felix spotted an interesting rumour suggesting that Team Bondi may be in the process of selling their assets to Kennedy Miller Mitchell (KMM); the videogame wing of an Australian production studio that supports a variety of media formats. A new report from Develop suggests that this speculation may well be right on the money, as a source "close to the studio" allegedly claims that this deal has now gone through.
This insider purports that all Team Bondi personnel have been offered a new job at KMM or a severance package. No official announcement or legal paperwork has been spotted as yet, but it's worth noting that the Australian legal system allows 28 days to pass before these documents can be made public.
As far as I know, the PC port of L.A. Noire won't be affected by the move since it's being developed in-house by Rockstar Leeds.
