Ridiculous action-platformer Rocketbirds: Hardboiled Chicken will be flapping onto PlayStation Vita next year, featuring some new content and improvements.
The PS Vita version will include the original campaign enhanced with "new chapters, puzzles and humour." A harder difficulty setting and control improvements will also make an appearance, alongside support for the Vita's touchscreen and rear trackpad.
"Rocketbirds has come a long way from its three IGF finalist nominations back in 2010," said Sian Yue Tan, Producer at Ratloop Asia. "Since then, we listened to player feedback as we jumped at the opportunity to iterate on the game once more with the PS Vita version. We're really looking forward to revealing more details about what fans can expect when Rocketbirds for the PS Vita launches next year."
Graphically, Ratloop promise that there won't be any "jaggies," and scenery tilting will be controlled via the Vita's motion sensors.
