Sanctum 2 is one of my favourite games of this year, to my pleasant surprise. Blending tower defence and FPS action for up to four simultaneous players, it offers both strategy and moment-to-moment action. GamersGate's £3.00 price is a bit of a bargain, frankly, a cheap saving that even undercuts The Humble Store's recent deal.
