After months of wrangling with technical issues, Bethesda has finally given PS3 owners a release date for Skyrim's DLC packs.
Erm, American PS3 owners, at least.
Here are the North American release dates according to the Bethblog:
- Dragonborn releases Tuesday, February, 12
- Hearthfire releases Tuesday, February, 19
- Dawnguard releases Tuesday, February, 26
In Europe, this could well translate to the following Wednesday in each case (tying in with the weekly PSN updates)... though seeing as Sony's labyrinthine EU certification process sometimes leads to months of delays, we hope that we haven't jinxed it. We'll update when we know more.
Skyrim's DLC was delayed on PS3 since Bethesda hasn't been "satisfied" with its performance. With luck, we can expect a decent frame rate and no save file issues this time around.
