Sony has confirmed that two dual-core tablets are on their way to British shelves this autumn after leaked specs outed them 0ver the last few months.
The S1 is designed for "rich media entertainment," and boasts a 9.4 inch screen display along with a top-heavy centre of gravity that will apparently make it easier to hold for long periods.
The S2, on the other hand, is apparently "ideal for mobile communication and entertainment" - and sports a unique design featuring two 5.5 inch displays (much like a big, slick DS). It unfolds thanks to a hinged clamshell design.
Both tablets will pack dual-core Tegra 2 processors, 3G and 4G Wi-Fi and Android 3.0 (Honeycomb) - and are PlayStation Suite certified for PSX emulation goodness. The "S" designations are only working titles and will likely be replaced by snazzy names before launch.
