Sony's new 'Only On Playstation Network' initiative, which sees the company releasing a number of PSN exclusive titles - alongside some rare PS2 classics - every week this month, will not be making its way to this side of the pond, Sony have told Eurogamer. It's not all doom-and-gloom however, with a spokesperson also stating that "the majority of content" will be making its way to SCEE regions too.
This week's line-up sees the release of Eufloria and Rochard in the US, with a selection of rare PS2 titles set to accompany them. The confirmed list is as follows:
- Odin Sphere
- Maximo: Ghosts to Glory
- God Hand
- Ring of Red
Sideway: New York is primed for release next Tuesday, and we can only hope that us European users will get the opportunity to play these virtual treasures in the near future.
It's worth noting that Playstation Plus members are being offered a twenty percent discount on each title released, with members that spend over $60 receiving a $10 credit for November, according to IndustryGamers. It doesn't look as though we'll be treated to the same rewards though, as the offer appears to link back to the 'Only On...' programme itself.
Naturally, we're itching to get our grubby little hands on these titles regardless, and will bring you any news of a European release as soon as we get it.
