Square Enix File Deus Ex: Human Defiance Trademark

Square Enix have filed a trademark for the title 'Deus Ex: Human Defiance' in a move that will cover all sorts of media, leading to speculation that they might be working on a new game in the series.

Alternatively, this name could be the moniker for the upcoming Deus Ex film, based as it is on Human Revolution rather than the two pre-existing games.

According to Sinister director Scott Derrickson, who signed on to helm the film project, the Deus Ex movie is “moving like a rocket”. [AGB]

Please be a game, rather than the film.

I loved DX:HR, despite it's two massive flaws (boss fights, and "branching" storyline/ending) - definitely one of my favourite games in recent years.
