Steam Autumn Sale Roundup | Arkham City, Torchlight Too

It's time to round up the last day of Steam's Autumn deals... but what's this? No, Carl isn't around. There'll be no gorgeously-cropped banners and impeccably concise descriptions for you today. He's been spoiling you rotten, frankly.

Anyway, here are the major headlines - and remember to check out my personal Indie pick!

On the indie side of things, AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA!!! For The Awesome, Atom Zombie Smasher, Home and Edmund McMillen's Basement Collection all deserve your attention. Toki Tori is also 34p, which is ridiculously cheap.

I'm very tempted by Orcs Must Die 2. The demo for the first game was great but I didn't buy it because of the lack of co-op and I've not bought the second one already because I've been waiting for it to go on sale.

It's brilliant - seriously, I'd go for it if you enjoy the genre and cooperative shenanigans.

Review here.

Yeah, try to buy it with a friend co-op twin pack, £3.75 each and you get the full edition (game + all DLC to date). I'm glad I held off, I bought OMD1 when it first came out, enjoyed it, but felt fleeced when DLC kept being release. (Then in the end the whole lot was available for £3 in a sale).

This time I was wise enough to hang on for a steam sale.
