Steam Big Picture Mode Officially Released

New Sale Begins To Mark Occasion

After almost four months of beta testing by its community, Valve has officially released Big Picture mode for all users of its gaming platform Steam. Providing all of the functionality of the usual Steam client, Big Picture Mode’s user interface has been designed with gamepad controllers in mind, with the ultimate aim of allowing Steam gamers to take their library of games away from their desks and to their living rooms. The new mode can be accessed by clicking on the BPM button in the top-left corner of the Steam client.

To celebrate reaching this milestone for Big Picture Mode, Valve have decided to unleash yet another sale upon us for all fully-controller-supported games on Steam. We’ll have a full round-up of the highlights from said sale in a separate post in the immediate future.
