As a pre-cursor to Christmas, Steam are offering a selection of games at bargain prices every day until Monday. The current titles on offer are: Batman: Arkham Asylum available for £14.99, Dragon Age: Origins for £22.49, Fallen Earth for £14.97, Grid for £3.74, Far Cry 2: Fortune's Edition for £9.99, Champions Online for £12.49 and Osmos for £2.00.
Most of these are great prices - in a price comparison the next best price I could find for Dragon Age is £24.99, elsewhere Batman will set you back at least £17.99, Grid comes in at £9.99 and Osmos seems to be £6 or over anywhere else.
There's a handy countdown on the site showing just how much time you've got left to nab these titles for the special prices before they move onto the next set of games. At the moment it stands at 30 hours so get your skates on if anything takes your fancy!
While Batman and Dragon Age are undoubtedly brilliant games at very good prices, my picks of the bunch have to be Fallen Earth-- an incredibly deep MMORPG which received good reviews (8.1 at IGN) and is generally very hard to come across (and any retailer that does have it wants twice as much for it!), Grid-- not my kind of thing at all but comes well recommended (8.7 at IGN) and is available at less than half the price that you would find elsewhere and Osmos-- simultaneously calming and infuriating, this beautiful and completely unique little game is an absolute steal at just £2.
