It's big, bold, beautiful and really quite brilliant but what else would you expect from Mario? I am actually one of the few people who preferred the original Galaxy game to the sequel, I think the selection of galaxies is stronger and more imaginative, but I still absolutely adore this return to the wacky world of outer space, Mushroom Kingdom style. It's a stunning achievement which offers more than enough reason to rescue your Wii from the clutches of party games or fitness aides and, for those getting only a headache from the hubub surrounding a certain launch this week, it might just be the perfect tonic.
