Super Smash Bros. Brawl £9.99 @ Argos [Wii Games]

If you’ve ever found yourself so bored you’ve actually started arguing with yourself over who would win in a fight between Sonic the Hedgehog and Pikachu from Pokémon, or Link from Zelda and Peach from Mario (actually that’s easy, he’d batter her), then you should check out Super Smash Bros. Brawl for the Nintendo Wii. By all accounts this is one of the most enjoyable, addictive and entertaining additions to the Smash Brothers franchise, and one which pulled in no less than 9.5 from IGN and an editor’s choice award. Get in!

Now you can get hold of Smash Bro. Brawl for just £9.99 on Argos. This is the best deal currently available, and even though Amazon Jersey are selling the game for the same price, buying it from Argos means you can also get hold of a Nintendo Wii remote docking station system for £9.99, half the usual price. Usually this would usually set you back £19.99 (but if you are willing to spend an extra £2.50, you should consider this deal on the quad charger).

For those who have not stumbled across the Smash Bros series before, the idea behind the game is very simple. Taking the role of anyone of 35 classic video game characters which include the likes of Sonic, Mario, Fox from Star Wing, Diddy-Kong, Link, and many more, you basically have to beat the hell out of your opponent across a variety of 3D platforms. The game allows you to utilize a variety of weapons, abilities and power ups and partake in a vast range of different game modes.Super Smash Bros. Brawl £9.99 @ Argos [Wii Games]

Replay value and multiplayer are absolutely superb even though the game suffers slightly from irritating loading times and the occasional random multiplayer disconnection. Overall however, this is one of the best Wii titles out this year and one which any self respecting Wii gamer has to add to their collection.

Thanks to Rainforest from Hotukdeals.
