GOG.com have been giving away a number of titles recently, and Worms Forts is the latest one on the list. All you need to do it log into your account, add the game to you basket, and then go through the checkout process. While the transition to 3D gameplay didn't light the world on fire, Worms Forts certainly had its moments and was filled with the usual charm the series is known for. If you're looking for some ridiculous turn-based multiplayer action you may as well give this a go. After all, it's free! Thanks to Buzz for the heads-up!
Hold onto your wallets, because GOG.com have begun their Big Fall Sale this afternoon. In addition to the 350 DRM-free titles that have had a price cut - with more being added daily - GOG will reward those who spend their money during the sale with free games. Once you spend £3.29 you'll given System Shock 2, at £9.79 you'll get a copy of The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena, and at £19.49 you'll receive Banished. You can head right over to GOG.com to see the sale in full, but we've got a bunch of highlights from the first day for you to consider after the jump.Click here to read more...
We've gone on about how System Shock 2 is the scariest games ever made in the past, but this is the one that truly started it all. System Shock was the first RPG / FPS hybrid, and introduced the world to the iconic villian SHODAN. The team at Night Dive - who were responsible for making System Shock 2 playable on modern PCs - have worked their magic once again by adding mouse-look (no, really) and remappable keys for the DOS-based classic. To celebrate it's release, GOG have knocked a pound off the asking price during the launch period. So, if you're looking for a creepy-as-hell experience against a murderous AI, you won't do much better than this, hacker.
While the decidedly average combat and alarming number of technical gremlins are disappointing for a title that's been in development for so long, The Witcher III: Wild Hunt is still a must-buy title for genre fans. The Northern Kingdoms is vast and beautiful setting, packed with unique adventures and touching tales that you'll find away from the beats of the main story. A title to truly lose yourself in. - The Witcher III: Wild Hunt Review | An unpolished classic?
The Witcher 3 is worth double this asking price and is a must have for all gamers. £14.25 is currently the lowest we have seen this drop to on the PC. Make sure to head over to their Facebook page to grab that 5% discount code.
Simon the Sorcerer, The Feeble Files, Waxworks and Personal Nightmare, all classic titles that make up this week's bundle offering from GoG.com with their Adventure Bundle.
Not as addictive as it probably intended to be, the lack of longevity means it’s a game that is best approached with an arcade mentality for maximum enjoyment. That said, Retro City Rampage is capable of providing bursts of nostalgia-fuelled moments of pixelated mayhem, something Brian Brovinciano should be proud of. - Retro City Rampage Review | Pixelated Carnage
I'm becoming more and more attracted to GoG's DRM free world, more so with the amazing prices they have week in and week out. If you still need to cling on to some form of DRM then it may well be worth you checking out the GoG Galaxy client. It's still DRM free, it's just organised better.
Theme Park, Theme Hospital, Ultima and Medal of Honor are included in this weekend's EA sale from GoG.com. I had planned to continue with The Elder Scrolls Online this weekend but it now looks like I will be spelling funny words on Theme Park I shouldn't be using the path tool. Immature, yet fun.
Check out these great classic EA titles and more in the GoG.com EA sale.
Three Warhammer games have arrived on GoG.com.
All titles are DRM-free, running on modern Win OS, with original soundtracks, available digitally for the first time!
Some strange happenings going on at GoG.com with their staff picks this week. They've gone all intergalactic on us.
You have the added option of picking up these titles individually as listed above or you can grab them all in one easy click transaction here. You're not saving anything on the bundle, well, apart from a few mouse clicks. Wonderful.
We're off to the races apparently this week with GoG's latest bundle. Six classic games make up this great value bundle including:
The Off To The Races bundle is available from GoG.com for only £4.35
The retail price for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is £19.99, so not so much of a deal. GoG.com are offering The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt expansion pack, Witcher 1&2 and £3.60 worth of GoG store credit for only £19.99. Bargain.
The Witcher 3 is a massive game as it stands, I am currently standing at level 7 with just over 20 hours played and absolutely enjoying it. I probably would have been around level 18-20 had it not been for my weird obsession with herb gathering and standing for long durations looking at scenery.
GoG are 'dominating' the sale front this weekend with their 'wicked sick' and 'unstoppable' 'multi
kill sale' on some absolutely stonking titles at amazing prices.
The GoG wheels keep turning giving us more massive saving on some fantastic titles with up to 75% off:
Check out the GoG.com Big Hitters sale for these and more great titles reduced with up to 75% off!

Three Star Trek titles have beamed themselves onto the GOG.com catalogue today, the first time the three games have been made available digitally!
Alternatively you can purchase all three games in the Star Trek Bundle at £12.27, but as this isn't a saving on purchasing the games individually I won't bother to mention it (although it is of great convenience should you want all three!).
If you haven't heard yet, GOG have also introduced GOG Galaxy which is a fully optional client to install, play and update your games. It also offers online multiplayer, achievements, chat, game-time tracking and more - but it’s up to you which features you want to use.
GoGs Bundle Tower promo today introduces us to the Pack Of War bundle, which has up to 75% off on the assumption you're purchasing all the games in the bundle.
The bundle will set you back £7.36 using the usual UK GoG channels or £3.90 should you choose to decide to use a VPN from somewhere like... I dunno... say the Ukraine.
Right, before you start Russian over (wayhay!) to GoG to buy some fantastic games discounted with up to 75% off have a read of what I have to say! (which isn't much but it was a nice chance for a pun).
This weekends sale over at GoG sees some nice reductions on Russian language games (their expanding on their already in place French and German side of the site, but don't worry they have english audio/text too), The games on sale this weekend are:
Looking to turn back the clock and revisit some classic gaming franchises, back when EA was delivering a range of top quality across multiple genres? If you are, you should head over to GOG immediately and check out the list of over 40 games that currently have 60% off their asking price. Naturally, Theme Park and Theme Hospital are top choices, but you'll find games from the Wing Commander series, the Ultima series, titles like Populous and Syndicate, and SimCity games that aren't broken.

To celebrate, a weekend-long sale has been kicked off featuring games from German developers. Jon called Starpoint Gemini 2 "an impressive fusion of space sim, RPG and lumbering capital ship combat, resulting in a fiercely unique experience that's a joy to dip in to" in his review, and it's currently half price over on GOG.
In fact, there are a few other space-related titles that have been discounted as part of GOG's weekly staff picks including interstellar trucking game Space Run and starfleet command title Spacecom. Click here to check them out >>
