Mortal Kombat X down to £18.78 on PS4

Mortal Kombat X is one of the best entries in the series and this PS4 deal is the cheapest around by a few quid.

Take a look at my Mortal Kombat X review for a full report. I can tell you now that fighter fans should be all over this one. The combat is super smooth and incredibly meaty and the story mode is surprisingly strong, giving you a taste of multiple characters. There's tonnes to do after the story too, with challenge towers with crazy match modifiers and hundreds of items to unlock in the Krypt. I've also reviewed the Jason Voorhees DLC.

Mortal Kombat X on PS4 falls to £21.99

This listing is one of the lowest we've seen for the PS4 version, and beats the next best offer elsewhere by a few pounds. Brutal combat mechanics, paired with a range of new characters and an enjoyable story mode meant that we called MKX "[the] first essential fighting game of the new generation of consoles" when we reviewed it earlier this year. Cheers to Buzz for the heads-up!

Alternatively, if you'd rather spend tiny bit more, you can pick up the game AND £4.50 worth of superpoints on Rakuten via Base's listing on there. You're basically spoiled for choice with this one.

Mortal Kombat X Premium Edition on PC is unmissable at this price

Steam have slashed the price on all things Mortal Kombat X this weekend, but the real bargain is to be found elsewhere. This listing for the Premium Edition, which includes the Kombat Pack, beats it (and the next best offer) by a huge amount. Best of all, they're also selling the Kombat Pack add-on for just £3.99, meaning those of you who already own the game can get the extra characters for an incredibly low price. Brutal combat mechanics, paired with a range of new characters and an enjoyable story mode meant that we called MKX "[the] first essential fighting game of the new generation of consoles" when we reviewed it a few months back. Cheers to Buzz for the heads-up!
