Command & Conquer Red Alert 2 + Yuri's Revenge is once again FREE on Origin

After having to replace it with Theme Hospital for a while because of heavy demand, Command & Conquer Red Alert 2 and its expansion are once again On The House. As always, all you need to do is log into Origin, claim the game, and it will be yours to keep. I still regard Red Alert 2 as one of my favourite RTS titles thanks to its varied units and fantastic gameplay balance (not to mention those fantastically hammy FMV sequences between mission.) In short, go and grab this freebie, listen to the glorious tones of the Hell March, and then roll that tank column over your foes like there's no tomorrow.

Theme Hospital is once again On The House, Red Alert 2 to return "very shortly"

Well, this is odd. Apparently the demand for a free copy of Command & Conquer Red Alert 2 was so great that EA have taken it off Origin's On The House promotion. In an effort to "let their servers cool down" they have brought back Theme Hospital for a short time. EA have promised that Red Alert 2 and its expansion "will return to on the house very shortly," so don't worry if you've yet to grab it. So, if you didn't secure a free copy the last time it was offered, now is a great chance to sort out all those cases of slack tongue and bloaty head.

Titanfall falls down to only £5.70 on PCToday's daily deal over on the CDKeys website sees Titanfall on PC drop to just £5.70. We feel this is an extremely impressive price for a now under-rated first person shooter. It should also be noted that all DLC for Titanfall has previously been made available completely free of charge, ultimately making this Titanfall Complete for only £5.70. Bargain.

Pre-order FIFA 16 for only £21.85 on PC

This year's entry to the FIFA franchise kicks off this coming September 24th with notable introductions including the 12 female national teams and FUT draft mode all making a much welcomed appearance. Of course, we can also expect to see the usual graphical improvements as well as the yearly roster updates.

We fully appreciate FIFA can occasionally become a frustrating experience. The temptation of rage quitting after hefty half time defeats sometimes ultimately results with your controller making its way towards a wall at quite accelerated speeds. But don't panic, we have you covered...

Battlefield 4 takes aim at only £5.66

It hasn’t been a smooth launch for its multiplayer component, and the single player campaign still won’t win any awards, but the latest effort from DICE is certainly the best Battlefield experience we’ve seen for a quite a while. Thanks to a rather shiny Frostbite 3 engine, and an array of social features with Battlelog, Battlefield 4 on PC might well be one of the best multiplayer titles of the year. If you don't feel overly comfortable ordering from their German store then you can acquire it from their UK store for only 33p more.

Four games currently have free game time for us on the Origin website ranging from 48 hours right up to 168 hours.

168 hours should be more than enough time to get your teeth into the single player side of Battlefield 4 and after 48 hours of Plants Vs Zombies: Garden Warfare I can guarantee you will be purchasing it, or at least you should be!

Thanks to FantasyDeals on HUKD for the heads up.

Guarantee your place on the ball with this FIFA 16 preorder for only £33.24 on Xbox One

The referee may well be a dirty little....But fair play to CDKeys. £33.24 for FIFA 16 on the Xbox One is an absolutely stonking price. FIFA holds its price quite well pre-release, and although it drops like a brick just before it's successor you won't really care about purchasing digital given the low trade in price.

It's a CDKeys deal which will mean you need to throw yourselves over onto their Facebook page briefly, type anything into that box and grab that 5% discount code.

Battlefield: Hardline is a fair cop at only £14.99 on PC

Battlefield: Hardline is a fair cop at only £14.99 on PC

Against all the odds, it's the single player campaign that's proved to be Battlefield: Hardline's biggest selling point. Trying to play through as a 'good cop' by arresting baddies instead of filling them with lead is very rewarding. But the gunplay is as fun as ever if you want to play that way too. The multiplayer feels scaled down due to the smaller maps and the heist and assassination missions generally favour the defenders too much. Hotwire's car chases are essential though and will hopefully become a series regular. Battlefield: Hardline Review - Campaign brings home the bacon

Dragon Age: Inquisition 6 hour trial now available on Origin

Forget the disappointments of the previous instalment – BioWare are back on top form with Dragon Age: Inquisition. With huge expansive locations to explore, a rich and detailed world to be immersed in, and a branching narrative that has the player make tough choices, it is not only one of the best RPGs of the year, but a strong last-minute contender for game of the year. - Dragon Age: Inquisition Review | BioWare’s Redemption

It's not the greatest ever freebie, but it is a fantastic freebie. I was thoroughly enjoying Dragon Age: Inquisition until The Witcher 3 came along and ruined everything. If you haven't yet tried DA:I then 6 hours is more than long enough to give you a good taste of the game.

Zuma's Revenge is 'On The House'

I have to be straightforward and tell you that I have never played Zuma's Revenge so I can't really comment on the greatness of this latest freebie. I'm sorry. I know it's a Pop Cap game though which obviously means it's got to be great. Right?

An irresistible force has taken our fearless frog to an island where the ribbeting puzzle-action of Zuma has evolved in amazing ways...

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 will always be the Battlefield winner for me, nothing else seems to stand out as well as that did playing with friends online. That said, I have recently just got into Battlefield 4 on the PS4 as a lone wolf, it's not quite the same but it's filling the gap left from BC2. Bad Company 3 sometime soon EA?

We're told that 20 years of history and inspiration are to be the ingredients for the new Need for Speed title due out on 3rd November this year. I'm personally super hyped with the apparent direction of the new reboot with evident references to my all time favourite of the franchise, Need for Speed Underground 2.
