Dragon Age: Inquisition only £17.99 on PS4

Dragon Age: Inquisition racked up a few Game of the Year awards in 2014 and PS4 owners can now pick up a digital copy for just £17.99 in the PSN Black Friday Sale if you have a PS+ membership.

Inquisition proved to be so much more than a way to pass the time before The Witcher III arrived and should be snapped up by any RPG fan (and yes, it's way better than the last game). By the time you've finished this lengthy epic, you never know, The Witcher III may be a bit cheaper too. Keep checking in for more #gamedealalerts on Dealspwn.com and follow us over on Twitterand Facebook for by-the-minute updates, and bookmark our games deals stream for further savings!

Lords of the Fallen down to £12 on PS4/XO

Need a new hardcore action RPG to get your teeth stuck into on PS4? We'd certainly recommend giving Dark Souls: Scholars of the First Sin a go first, but if you're looking for something completely new we'd recommend Bloodborne. Sorry, we'll stop now. Take a look at Lords of the Fallen for just £12.

Lords of the Fallen was very rough around the edges at launch, especially for a full price game. But at half price it's worth a look if you're a fan of Dark Souls. The boss fights in particular are very rewarding. With a sequel already confirmed, it's worth getting in on the ground floor.

Final Fantasy X/X-2 on PS4 only £19.95

The PS4 version of Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster is at a great price today at £19.95. That's a great deal considering most outlets are charging at least £25.

When we played the PS3 and Vita versions, we found that FFX has aged wonderfully and offers up huge depth for you to discover all over again or even for the first time if you're really lucky. It'll take you ages to finish and it turns out X-2 has aged ok too, despite being a bit unnecessary. We'd opt for the Vita version over the PS3 or PS4 because of the handheld's handy sleep function, but this PS4 preorder is bound to be the best graphics wise.

Final Fantasy Type-0 HD with FFXV demo only £9.99 on PS4

This latest deal is at least a fiver cheaper than the competition and could be the best price we'll see for a while. Western Final Fantasy fans have had to wait years to get their hands on the former PSP-exclusive. But now Final Fantasy Type-0 HD is available for just £9.99 on PS4. There's added value with this HD port of a PSP game too, as it comes with a huge demo for Final Fantasy XV. Find my review of Final Fantasy XV: Episode Duscae here. The demo has also had an update recently to tweak some elements.

Type-0 is a more action-orientated title in a similar vein to the excellent Crisis Core on PSP. Be sure to check out Jon's Final Fantasy Type-0 Guide while you wait for the game to arrive. Here's a sample of Jon's review: "The fact that Final Fantasy: Type-0 HD is enjoyable on PS4 and Xbox One proves how magnificent the PSP original must have been. Its fantastic real-time battle system holds the entire game together, while the ending more than makes up for the confusing mess of jargon that precedes it."

Child of Light: Deluxe Edition from £9.89 on PS4/PS3

Get the fancy Deluxe Edition of Child of Light from as little as £9.89 if you use a new account and the discount code 'WELCOME'. Even without at the code at £10.99 it's the cheapest price on the net.

Child of Light turned out to be an excellent RPG experience thanks to its old-school approach and unique UbiArt watercolour stylings. A direct download will cost you £11.99, making the £9.89 asking price for the packed Deluxe Edition very reasonable for collectors out there. You'll get a keyring, an artbook, a poster, a new outfit for Aurora and the Golem party member. Instead of a disc, you get a cross-buy code which gives you a download of both the PS3 and PS4 versions. I'd get on this now before the price goes back up and you're left with a pricey eBay alternative.

Save 75% on Child of Light on PC

This is a great price for Child of Light on PC, especially as most other sites are selling it for over £10.

Child of Light turned out to be an excellent RPG experience thanks to its old-school approach and unique UbiArt watercolour stylings. The game proves that cheap downloadable RPGs can be done right after all. Visually enchanting and featuring a clever twist on classic turn-based combat, this puts many full-sized RPGs to shame. Even with painful rhyming dialogue and generic story, you'll find yourself hooked to the end.

Final Fantasy X/X-2 is a Vita essential and only £17.99

If you have a Vita, Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster is an essential title for just £17.99.

The Vita version is currently cheaper than the PS3/PS4 version and also gets my vote because of the Vita's handy sleep function, meaning you don't have to keep playing until you reach a save sphere. Being able to level up in small doses works wonders for the game and the Vita version looks absolutely stunning too. FFX has aged wonderfully and offers up huge depth for you to discover all over again or even for the first time if you're really lucky. I've not made it to FFX-2 yet, but Matt's given his verdict in the link above. Be warned Vita owners, the second game comes as a hefty download rather than being on the cartridge.

South Park: The Stick of Truth only £5.99 on PC

This latest deal for South Park: The Stick of Truth on PC is a very tasty £5.99. To get a 5% discount, go to the retailer's Facebook page and click the link. You don't have to enter an email address, just enter any text and press enter for a code.

South Park: The Stick of Truth was well worth the wait and should be picked up immediately by any of you that enjoy the show and old-school RPGs. It can feel a bit basic at times, but the show's trademark humour ensures you'll stick with it for hours on end. Don't worry about the EU censorship cuts as the PC version made it through unscathed and there's plenty of gross-out wrongness to experience. For example, one night I was dodging a giant pair of testicles in a boss fight.
