The Order: 1886 hits its lowest price yet, so is it time you gave it a go?

It's slowly but surely falling to that magic £10 mark, but this is not only the best price around right now, but it's the cheapest The Order has ever been. The saving is fairly big as well, as this listing beats the next best offer by almost £7. Was The Order more style than substance? Yes. Was there more cutscenes than actual gameplay? Definitely. But here's the thing - the story it tells is actually pretty good, and when the game lets you shoot it manages to be fun. Still, at this price you can decide for yourself. Thanks to nunn @ HUKD!

Ignore the haters. Try The Order: 1886 for yourself at £16.10

It's a shame when you look forward to a game for  ages and then the reviews land and you have to scramble to cancel your preorder. But the cheaper this game gets, the more it looks like it may be worth seeing for yourself. You should be able to get most of your money back on eBay if you want to get rid afterwards. This is comfortably the best price I've seen for a new copy.

The Order: 1886 is only about five hours long and makes you watch it rather than play it half the time. But I'd still recommend giving it a shot at some point, if the price is right for you. It's incredibly good-looking throughout and the shootouts are actually a lot of fun. Read my The Order: 1886 review for more on the game and take a look at my Order: 1886 survival tips or maybe even my other article, 12 ways The Order: 1886 could match the hype with a sequel.

The Order: 1886 gets one of its cheapest prices yet

The Order: 1886 was admittedly a letdown considering the hype, but at least that's meant some heavy discounting since release. You should be able to get most of your money back on eBay if you want to get rid afterwards. My mission to find the game for £18.86 seems to have failed again, but I was close with this £17.57 deal, which is one of the best prices I've seen for a new copy.

PS4 console + Bloodborne (or two other titles) for just £281.97

There are a few tempting PS4 console bundles at Gamespot today. You can either get a PS4 with Bloodborne for £281.97 or get the console with two games from a choice of The Order: 1886, DriveClub or God of War III: Remastered for the same price. Bloodborne it is then!

Want to learn more about the games on offer? You're in luck, as I've reviewed the lot. To be fair, DriveClub's netcode has improved since the review. The Order is still a short arse though.

White Playstation 4 with Bloodborne, God of War Remastered and The Order:1886 only £289

Well, it looks like the price match title holders have come up trumps this time. It's all too often that we see Amazon price matching their competition but very rarely do we see them actually price matching code stacks or double promotions as we saw recently from Tesco.

Alternatively, if you're happy to drop one of the above titles (The Order: 1886) you should also check out the recent Shopto.net deal which has a slightly larger option of games to choose from including The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited and The Last of Us Remastered, and replace The Order: 1886 with 3 month's Playstation Plus.

Tempted by The Order: 1886 for just £16.99?

The Order: 1886 was a bit of a letdown, which is why it's price continues to fall. We have options for new and preowned versions for you to consider. Grab a pre-loved copy of The Order: 1886 for only £14.99

Things have changed since I last posted a deal for The Order: 1886. I have now played it, ignoring anything I had previously heard about it, I decided to sit down and actually play it. The end result is that The Order: 1886 looks beautiful, it's a very well polished game and is worth £14.99 of anybody's money.

The Order: 1886 is visually astounding throughout. Graphics fans will adore every grimy nook and cranny of the Victorian London setting. Sadly though, the game around it is crushingly average. The shooting sections are fun enough but far too few and far between, and much of the game is spent watching cutscenes or being forced to walk through one, so much so that it rarely feels like you're 'playing' the game at all. Treat yourself to The Order: 1886 Blackwater collector's edition for £29.99

The Order: 1886 may be the poster boy for style over substance, but it's still worth looking into over the summer. If you really want to treat yourself, you can now get a huge saving on the tasty Blackwater Edition, which contains loads of physical merch.

You'll get art cards, patches and a replica Knight’s vial pendant all in a luxury box. However, you should definitely consult Brendan's review first and ask yourself whether you might be better off completing The Witcher and Arkham Knight first.

I have bitten the bullet on this one and I am not ashamed to say so, at £9.46 it has to give me a decent game time per hour ratio surely? Oh and it looks absolutely stunning!

Ready At Dawn has a new boss, who rather fancies the idea of making games on "PC, Xbox One, PS4 and one other unannounced platform that you will soon find out about."

The NX, presumably.

You can now get a new copy of The Order: 1886 for £19.99, but should you?

The Order: 1886 is gorgeous, short and barely interactive in parts. Astonishingly pretty yet frequently resembling a dull tech demo, it's an example of what happens when graphics are a developer's primary goal as opposed to something worth sacrificing.

That said, The Order also has an utterly superb weapon in the form of the Thermite Rifle and presents a few hours of excellent fiction, building a fantastic alternate version of London as it does so. Seeing as you can grab a new copy with change for £20, we can cautiously recommend it.

Treat yourself to The Order: 1886 Blackwater Edition from £32.99

We reckon that The Order: 1886 is rental material, but if you fancy some extra merchandise and love the special editions, there are now some decent offers around for the merchandise-laden Blackwater Edition.

It's £20 saving vs RRP and a £7/£2 saving vs Shopplay, netting you a seriously gorgeous collection in terms of physical merch, containing art cards, patches and a replica Knight’s vial pendant all in a luxury box. However, you should definitely consult Brendan's review before buying this somewhat short and unambitious graphical tech demo.

Thanks and credit to andrewww @ HUKD for the used price, which he posted several days ago.
