Looks like we've gone from one end of the Wii fighting games spectrum to the other in a very short space of time today, as this is a deal for a fantastic title you should all cast your gazes over.
You can grab a copy of Tatsunoko vs. Capcom Ultimate All Stars for £14.95 from Zavvi, which is almost £3 cheaper than the next best price of £17.89 from Sendit.
The characters from Capcom should need little introduction and fan favoutrites, such as Chun-Li and Ryu are there for you to take down your opponents with. On the other hand, some of you might be asking who are the characters from Tatsunoko's impressive list, or who indeed are Tatsunoko? Well if I say Samurai Pizza Cats, I'm sure you'll realise who these geniuses of Japanese animation are, although sadly you can't play as the feisty felines.
You can use the Wii mote to your heart's content, but you'll get more out of the experience from using the classic controller or a gamecube pad because they're better suited to 2.5D fighting titles. Alternately, if you're lucky enough to have purchased a joystick controller, then grab it and plug it in for some classic arcade action! The controls themselves are rewarding to master and you'll be a force to reckon with once you do.
There are a number of things that are great about this game including the length of the character list, the wonderful quality of the characters and the environments, and the multiple game modes that'll keep you entertained for hours on end. Also, there are a range of unlockables, and being a big Dead Rising fan I was quite excited to discover that if you beat the arcade mode four times with a Capcom fighter landing the last punch, Frank West is added to the list of playable characters!
All in all, this is a cracking little fighting game that you shouldn't miss out on.
