Translucent Halo 4 Console Bundle Officially Confirmed, Detailed & Priced

Microsoft has officially revealed the prematurely-leaked Halo 4 Xbox 360 console bundle, slapping a £269.99 price tag on the 320GB translucent SKU. Hit the jump for shiny pictures.

The Xbox 360 Limited Edition Halo 4 console bundle is now available for pre-order and will arrive in stores with the launch of Halo 4 on November 6th. It contains an "exclusive, custom-designed console and two exclusive controllers inspired by the game, a standard edition copy of Halo 4, a wired headset, a 320GB hard drive, built-in Wi-Fi, and Xbox LIVE tokens for exclusive in-game and avatar marketplace downloadable content." The 'ring of light' and Xbox Guide controller button are lit by blue LEDs, and the power on/disc drive actions will be accompanied by Halo-themed sound effects.

It's arguably reasonable value for £269.99, especially considering the meaty HDD, though the lack of a special edition of Halo 4 will be aggravating for hardcore fans (as pointed out by our readers).

Limited Edition controllers will also be available to purchase individually for £39.99.
