As of today, Xbox 360 owners can now sample the sumptuous delights of physics puzzler Trine 2, which I awarded a well-deserved 9/10 score to in our recent full review. On PS3, however, it's another story. Trine 2 reached the American PSN without a hitch, but has been delayed in Europe for unspecified reasons. Frozenbyte's Mikael Haveri has published a full video apology for the delay (embedded above), but sadly, it "most likely" won't be released on PS3 before Christmas.
"This is not something we can help right now. So we just hope for your patience and let's see what happens. There are always small issues that come up, and this delay is one of those. I hope fans appreciate it and get the game as soon as they can."
"There is literally no release date of any kind we can give you right now."
We'll let you know when Frozenbyte confirms anything.
