Jumping around rooftops, flicking out your hidden blades, before throwing yourself on top of your latest target, never gets old in the Assassin's Creed games, particularly when you're trying to do it as covertly as possible. They have got a nasty habit of getting a tad repetitive after a while though, so it's a good job that Assassin's Creed: Revelations is on its way to bring something fresh to the series. However, it seems like another Assassin's Creed title is on the cards for the Wii U.
In a recent interview with AftonBladet, a Swedish publication, Ubisoft's CEO, Yves Guillemot, revealed that their "next edition of Assassin's is a Wii-U version" and it's "not Revelations. For the future." However, when pressed as to whether or not it would be Assassin's Creed 3 he simply said, "I can not say."
Here's hoping that it's not another story revolving around Ezio though, because as interesting as his character is, it'll be more than difficult to sneak up on his enemies when his zimmer frame, or walking stick, is clicking across the cobbled floors, well that's providing he's managed to take time off from telling the younger assassins that things aren't like they were in his day!
For those of you who are itching to find out what's going to happen in Revelations, you'll just have to wait until it comes out in November for Xbox 360, PS3, and PC, or I suppose you could always rummage around for the trailer and play it on a loop for the time being.
