More news continues to flow out of E3, as reports are now suggesting that the GamePad tablet controller will have a battery life of between 3-5 hours from a single charge. This comes from the official Nintendo spec listings that state that it will take up to 2.5 hours to charge up the controller completely. Reports suggest that the level of screen brightness will vary the amount of time between charges, but players will be able to charge the device and continue to play games at the same time. A translation of the official spec list from Japanese can be found over on NeoGAF.
It is curious that information such as this has been left off the English translation of the spec list that was posted earlier today, especially when it’s the raw numbers we want to know. Hopefully more news of this nature will emerge out of E3 over the next few days as we here at Dealspwn continue to scour the coverage.
