Hideki Kamiya has suggested that The Wonderful 101 is unlikely to get any supplemental DLC as Platinum are doing their best to stuff everything they want to into the primary retail version.
The Wii U exclusive is set to drop over here on August 23rd, hitting US shores in the same week as GTA V on September 15th, and Kamiya was questioned on Twitter over DLC plans for the game:

Of course, that could change, and it's not necessarily set in stone that there won't be any downloadable materials for the title, but clearly the project lead feels that he and his team are pouring as much into the game as they can.
Interestingly, though, he does seem open to a sequel:
