Is this worth playing hooked in to the PSN?

I have heard that people sabotage your games if you run your PS3 hooked into the internet. I have no idea if that is true or not - but as I picked up the LTD edition last night I would like to know before I start playing what already sounds like a controller-launchingly tough game.

So, 30 looks and no replies. Fortunately I had a chat with someone who knows. In Demon Souls this was more relevant as people could really sabbotage your games. Now things are more moderated (apparently)... having played it last night, I guess from the rating of comments.

Killed the first big baddy last night, that was quite rewarding but the controlls are clunky as hell and the graphics are borderline PS2.

Er I don't know where you got the idea it was moderated. Regardless, people can invade your game or make your enemies harder now and then if you play whilst online. You will be told if this happens in the middle of your screen.

The controls take a little getting used to but they feel extremely tight when you do. Your graphics comments are totally off as you're only in Undead Berg. Wait until you hit Ash Lake or after the Waterfall.

playing online with this game is a little annoying really, especially if you reverse your hollowing. many a time i have done that only to be invaded by some div who then kills me and i lose my humanity. this happens more in arno londo (i think its called) when trying to get into the massive castle. so annoying! but on the plus side you can summon people to come and help you while online, so there is a yin and yang like
