Xbox One: Invitation Trailer Kicks Off Microsoft's Marketing Blitz

It's about damn time. Microsoft have finally gotten their rears in gear and unleashed Xbox One: Invitation in an attempt to tell people beyond those of us who spent our lives reading up on the latest gaming news on the web that there's a new console coming in a couple of weeks.

It's a shiny, name-dropping beast of thing, with appearances from a Titan, Zachary Quinto, Steven Gerrard, and a zombie. And do you know what? I actually think it's pretty good. Microsoft are unashamed of the fact that they want that dudebro demographic.

Big robots, fast cars, sci-fi awesomness, and footy. Yup, that'll do it.

Also, well done Microsoft. Have a slow clap. "All in one, Xbox One," is a much better phrase than "Input One," which was utter balls. This trailer isn't really for me, though. It's for you. And what do you think? Better than Sony's?

Nice job MS.
Prefer it to the Sony advert. Can't wait to see if Nintendo do one, for their console - I forget it's name...

Particularly liked the zombie :D

Yeah good job on that advert.

The Sony one was interesting and liked a reminder of the consoles but kind of shouted 'You know the same way you have been playing in your bedroom for the last 15 years? Well here comes more of the same...'
