New Xbox One promotion: Get an Xbox One from £200 if you trade in your PS4, Xbox 360 or PS3 on Amazon

Amazon has launched a new trade-in deal for prospective Xbox One owners, which lets you get an extra £30 discount on selected Xbox One bundles when you trade in a PS3 or Xbox 360 towards it. The PS4 is also included in the promotion... though we suspect that takers may be pretty slim on that front.

As explained on-site, you'll get the trade-in value of your old console plus an extra £30, so long as your old kit is in decent nick. For example, if you've got a 'like new' Slim 250GB, you can get somewhere around £91 credit all-told (if you're lucky), bringing down the value of one of the Evolve Bundle to around the £200 mark.

Naturally there's a lot of 'ifs' involved, and we'd recommend reading the T&Cs thoroughly. Thanks and credit to fandangoxx @ HUKD for the spot!

lol.
No, it'd be more like a straight swap.
You'd get £30 on top of the ps4's trade-in value (details of the trade-in value of ps4s here).

So for example, buy xbox one with AC Black Flag £279.
Trade in playstation 4 with Far Cry, in as new condition, for £271.

You actually end up getting paid £28.

Of course, I went with the most favourable illustration, there: one of the cheapest XB1 options, one of the highest valued PS4 options, and assumed the PS4 qualified as nearly new. The values depend on what you're buying, what you're trading in, and how much wear & tear your trade-in has.
