Zeboyd Reveals Penny Arcade Episode 4 In New Trailer

Joystiq have scored the first trailer for Penny Arcade's On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness 4, the fourth instalment of the popular indie RPG series based on Krahulik and Holkins' webcomic. Expect demonic talking trains, magical caves and monsters to capture before sending them into battle. Since Robert Boyd is at the helm once again, having delivering the exceptional Penny Arcade Episode 3 and Cthulhu Saves The World, we're rather excited about this.

Episode 4 is out in "Spring 2013" on PC and the Xbox Live Indie marketplace. We've embedded the trailer after the break.

Not sure how I've missed these Penny Arcade games.

Loved Breath of Death VII and Cthulhu Saves The World, so will definitely have to keep an eye on this and get the first three instalments.

It's worth noting that Boyd only made Episode 3. Hothead developed episodes 1 and 2, which are still utterly hilarious, but favour a 3D cel-shaded style.

They've been reduced from 1600 (which was CRAZY) to 800 MSP on XBLA. http://www.xbox.com/en-GB/Search?q=penny%20arcade#Games Episode 3 is an Xbox Live Indie Game, and much cheaper to boot.
